Requirement Gathering
We conducted an extensive requirement gathering session to understand the client's requirements and expectations from the website.

Design
Client provided us the design beforehand and from requirement gathering session with the client, we got a very good idea of what we have to develop. The client provided design was a top notch one and we were very happy to proceed with that. Additionally, based on the client requirements and user interface perspective, we suggested some minor changes in the design, and we are happy that the client happily accepted our suggestions.

Development
We used Express on the server side to develop the website. For data management, we used MongoDB, which is a powerful NoSQL database that provides fast and reliable data storage.

Testing and Deployment
We thoroughly tested the website to ensure it met the client's requirements and provided a seamless user experience. Once we were confident that the website was ready, we deployed it to a live environment.

Post-Deployment Support
We provided post-deployment support to the client to ensure that the website was running smoothly. Some issues were there after making the site live and those were resolved quickly.

Resource usage

There was a major problem that came to our attention which was lowering the site speed and burning too much CPU power on the server side. After some research, we found out that the issue was caused by a package which got updated just a day before the site went live. That was a major update of that package and that caused some conflict with other parts of the code. After quickly finding out this issue, we solved it within a very short period of time and the site went live again.
